Molly Crowley is a yoga teacher in & around Philadelphia. Molly believes that anyone can benefit from elements of yoga practice, including asana, breath work and meditation or relaxation techniques. In addition to teaching All -Level vinyasa classes, Molly also teaches a variety of classes structured for specific audiences including the elderly, those with limited mobility, prenatal, postpartum, beginners and other special populations.
